To Taiwan, with love. NOW !

Il en sera arrivé des choses avant que ne tombe la destination finale de cette expérience. Taiwan. Je m’en souvient encore, ça résonnait dans ma tête.

A quoi cela vous fait penser ? En premier, j’ai vu une carte du monde avec une petite île à côté de la Chine. Puis des montagnes à l’est, la capitale Taipei au nord. Puis, en y réfléchissant encore plus, des rizières, en contraste avec des rues bondées et des grattes-ciels entre les immeubles, des panneaux publicitaires et des néons partout, avec des idéogrammes dont je ne comprendrais probablement pas grand-chose au début.

Vint alors une destination plus précise; Hualien. Premier réflexe d’un ado moderne : taper ce nom dans Google Images, histoire d’avoir un apperçu du lieu ou je vais passer les dix prochains mois. Mais je ne vous en dit pas plus. Je me refuse à me faire trop d’idées avant ce voyage, car je veux le vivre pleinement sans aucune idée.

 

Many things happened before I knew the final destination of this experience. Taiwan. I still remember, it resonated in my mind.

What to you think about it? At first, I have seen a map of the world, focused on this little island next to China. Then, mountains in the east, the capital Taipei in the north. And finally, ricefields, contrasted to street overcrowded of skyscrapers beween buildings, billboards with ideogramms that I won’t understand anything at first days of the trip.

Then came a more precisely destination : Hualien. First reflexe of a modern teenager : typing on the keyboard this name on Google Image, in order to have images of the place I am going to live for the ten next month. But I don’t want to say anything anymore, for now. I don’t want to have too much ideas before the trip, because I want to live it plenty without any fixed ideas
